Some people are experiencing problems with the form. To fix it highlight the bottom check box on the form labeled "BOSS Bottled Night" Make sure that you don't uncheck it and then click the TAB button on your keyboard once and the Submit button will be highlighted. Then click enter and the form should go through. Or shrink your screen view a little.
