FREE Gevalia Coffee Sample From Target

I was told that Chrome users might experience problems with the form not showing up. In this case you have to request your sample using IE or Firefox instead. Complete a short survey about Gevalia and fill out the form to receive your free sample. When you are answering the survey, make sure you choose options that make you seem like a hardcore Gevalia fan and a long-time customer, otherwise it will ask for a code. Here's what I used as answers:

Note: You will see Target sample bag there too, but unless you're planning on making a qualifying purchase to unlock the code for it, there is no other way to get it right now. What counts as a qualifying purchase? First of all, the purchase must have been made in-store, not online. And another bummer - you must have bought at least 3 qualifying full-size beauty items from either Neutrogena, Unilever or Pixi Face Primer (this info comes from a Target employee and I wish they were more specific).
