The Full Story On The Hydroslim Sample

edit: Mr. Tamaru threatened legal action against FreebieGarden and deleted or edited information that he had access to in the following links in an effort to discredit the facts presented here.

(2/28): The followup to this post is here Links have been added to this post with the information as it was before Mr. Tamaru edited it.

My husband researched the current owner of hydroslim.com (Mr. Tamaru [At time of post - Current]) and this is some of what he found:

The hydroslim.com domain and 120,000 sticks of the hydroslim product had been for sale as recently as January 11, 2012.  In the listings, the previous owner stated that the hydroslim powder has never been studied and can be bought from various manufacturers for $9800 / 250kg (550lbs) -- enough to fill 125,000 sticks.  This makes the cost of one stick about $0.10.  Hydroslim.com claims that the product works, but states that [At time of post - Currentit requires using the product three times a day, following a strict under 1500 calorie diet, and exercising 15 minutes a day for one week.  The reader can draw his own conclusions.

Some of Mr. Tamaru's other domains (many of which are currently suspended for nonpayment [At time of post - Currentor expiring) include:  freemcdonalds.net, freecoffeestarbucks.com, kfcdoubledown.com, freeblackberrysite.com, myfreeiphonecase.com, safeappleunlock.com [At time of post - Current], runesofmagicgame.com, batheogame.com, gamevancenow.com, and titaniumhcgdrops.com, etc.

Mr. Tamaru (aka sanaa-s-1971 [At time of post - Current]) was previously an admin of a facebook group with over 1.3 million members.  He formed the idea [At time of post - Current]and conspired with at least one person to advertise fake contests to the group.  The form on the "contest" page would actually be from a completely unrelated third-party site, signing people up for an offer that they had never seen -- all for Mr. Tamaru to profit on the referral.  This is just one example of "blackhat" schemes that he has been involved in.

Freebiez.us first promoted the Hydroslim sample, which then spread virally throughout the various freebie communities.  The owner of freebiez.us [At time of post - Current]and Mr. Tamaru are friends who live four minutes apart.  I recommended that no one register for the sample because of what I knew about the person behind it, but I did not decide to share these details until freebiez.us asked its followers to falsely report my blog (and others who questioned them) to facebook as a fraud, which is ludicrous and ironic.  I believe that they do have the product and that it is feasible that samples will actually be sent out.  Whether you want to share your information with Mr. Tamaru for a potential $0.10 stick of powder is up to you.  I hope that Mr. Tamaru has the best of intentions this time, but his track record suggests that caution is the best course of action.
